TERMS:

Net 30 days after date of invoice with a finance charge of 2% monthly for late payment after maturity.  Reliance Furniture will prepay shipments; however, we expect reimbursement of our outlay within seven days.

All orders require a 25% deposit.

Special designs require a 50% deposit with order.

Deposits are applied to final invoice.

ORDER PLACEMENT:

Phone and faxed orders are accepted.  All will be acknowleged in writing within five working days.  The factory will not be responsible for errors if we are not notified of such error upon receipt of acknowledgement.

CANCELLATION:

An order can be cancelled if recieved within seven working days from placement of order.  After that, a 25% restocking charge will be imposed.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

Do not refuse merchandise.  Inspect immediately.  All shipments are delivered to the tranportation company in perfect condition.  Reliance Furniture Company's liability ceases at that time.   If a shipment is received damaged, the recipient must file a claim with the tranportation company.  The manufacturer cannot guarantee any product where temperature and humidity is not controlled.  If concealed damage is found, notify the delivering carrier at once and request an inspection.  This must be done within fifteen days of delievery.  Without this inspection, the transportation company will not entertain a claim for loss or damage.  All shipping cartons must be retained for carrier inspection.  Do not remove damaged merchandise from the receiving location.
